If Reload3006 is talking about the Hawk Precision Bullets swaging die, they only make the single stage step bullet. I have one in .429 that I currently use to reform cast bullets that I use. The die can make a nice half jacketed bullet but if using 40 S&W cases they will have to be cut down.

Thanks reload, I have a die from hawk in 9mm and a set of CH4 in 38,
the 9 mm dies work good but cannot use three-quarter copper jackets to make 115 grain bullets, I also have a set of Corbin 9mm, is the single die with 2 external punches, one punch is weight adjusting, the other punch this point forming and it works very well but I cannot use a quarter jackets and it does not make hollowpoint's like the CH4d 38 dies.

So in order to make a hollowpoint 9mm 115 grain bullet, I 1st used to Corbin weight adjusting 9 MM die and form a core with the three-quarter jacket, then I take the formed core and run it through the CH 4D die in 38 caliber to form the hollowpoint and the nose, since the pressure used to make the forming of the bullet is not as greate as forming the core it does not expand the base of the bullet all that much.

I Have taken a bunch of these to the range and found them to be very accurate and absolutely no signs overpressure.

This system works very well but I would still like to get my hands on a set of CH4D 9mm dies, in my opinion these are probably the best dies on the market in that price range, too bad they stop making them, maybe somebody will pick up the rights to make them and put them back on the market.
